Recommendation beyond industry standard

"Crisis? Don´t miss the opportunity!"

After all the ongoing discussions about today's crisis, the 5th Hasso Plattner Venture Forum on Entrepreneurship on June 30, 2009, in Potsdam (Germany) focused on opportunities that occur even in the most difficult economic times. As one of the few promising new start-ups founded these days, YOOCHOOSE used the opportunity to discuss its experience and business with major venture capitalists from all over the world.
The showcase and prototype demonstration of YOOCHOOSE's new recommendation platform attracted numerous participants and discussions showed great interest in new recommendation developments. "Despite the crisis, we as a start-up company do profit from the availability of top software engineers at reasonable cost," says Dr. Uwe Alkemper, CEO of YOOCHOOSE. "We are experiencing dramatic price reductions in all areas of our business, which is a welcome development for our young company."
